Real Factor is a corporate DSA and advisory services business based in Lucknow. We help individuals and businesses with loans, insurance and investment planning, real estate, legal coordination, hiring and digital services.

We coordinate with partner banks, NBFCs, insurers and professional service providers. We are not a bank, NBFC, insurer, law firm or investment fund. The exact scope of any engagement is confirmed in writing before work begins.

For lending and insurance, the partner makes the final decision. Loan approval, interest rate, fees, tenure, disbursal, insurance issuance, policy terms and claim outcomes are decided solely by the relevant bank, NBFC or insurer.

We can help you compare options, prepare documents and follow up. We cannot guarantee an approval, a specific rate, a claim outcome or a timeline that is controlled by a partner.

For property and legal work, verification and professional opinions are provided by the relevant qualified professional or authority. Real Factor coordinates the process but does not replace independent legal or technical advice.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information, and to share documents that are genuine and lawfully yours to share. Inaccurate information can lead to a rejected application, a delayed service or a cancelled engagement.

Where a service requires information about a co-applicant, family member or business partner, you confirm that you have their authority to share it. You are responsible for reading the partner's sanction letter, policy, agreement or offer document before signing it.

The first consultation is free. If a fee applies to a specific engagement, it is disclosed in writing before any work begins. Fees charged by a bank, NBFC, insurer, lawyer, valuer or other partner are separate and are set by that partner.

Real Factor may receive commission or remuneration from a partner for a product or service arranged through us. You can ask the advisory desk to explain the remuneration that applies to your service. Partner charges and taxes are payable as set out in the partner's documents.

Calculators, eligibility ranges, cover estimates and examples on the website are illustrative. They use simplified assumptions, may not include every fee or condition, and are not an offer, sanction, quotation or guarantee.

Guides and articles are general and educational. They may not reflect the current policy of every partner and are not a substitute for reading the actual product documents or obtaining professional advice for your facts.

The website may link to third-party sites or documents. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not mean that we endorse every statement on the linked site.

When a partner document conflicts with something on our website, the partner's executed document governs the product or service.

The Real Factor name, logo, website design, text, graphics and original content are owned by or licensed to Real Factor. You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, republish, sell or use our content or branding for a commercial purpose without written permission, except where the law allows it.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems, submit false or fraudulent information, upload malicious code, scrape the site at scale, or use the enquiry channels to send unlawful, abusive or misleading material.

We may suspend or refuse access where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where a request appears fraudulent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Real Factor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, reliance on general content, a partner's decision, or a delay caused by a third party.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights where they apply. Where liability is permitted to be limited, our aggregate liability for a specific engagement is limited to the fee actually paid to Real Factor for that engagement.

You agree to indemnify Real Factor against claims, losses or costs arising from false documents or information you provide, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of a third party's rights. This does not apply to the extent the loss is caused by our own breach or negligence.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared and protected. It forms part of these terms.

We may suspend or end access to the website or an engagement if these terms are breached, if a legal or regulatory requirement makes continuation inappropriate, or if a request appears fraudulent or unsafe.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the website.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
